Initial consultations (up to two hours) are free. During our initial consultation, we will discuss and prioritize your organizational needs. During this initial consultation, you will discover that my rates are lower than those of other non-profit consultants. I maintain reasonable rates because I know that non-profit organizations are limited in what they can spend. I charge a flat fee of $100/hour, although additional expenses (e.g., travel) may sometimes apply. I will provide a written estimate of what I believe the work will require and accept a retainer for the estimated sum. Unused funds are refunded to the client. All relationships will be executed by a formal contract.
